My journey has not only been one of self introspection, but one built around who I want to be seen as. Whether my strong frame depicts “strength”, or my femininity tied with abilities deemed only ‘Masc’ leave people wondering which box I am most suited for in their minds.
My identity and presence are for me to play around with. To either fit in, or stray away from. However, I hold dear femininity, and being referred to anything other than “femme” feels offensive to me.
