My name is Tai’rance Kelly Sr. I am CEO/Founder of S.P.L.A.S.H. (So people live as safe humans) and the founder of my up and coming nonprofit organization TranzofAnarchii. I am a single father, a brother, a mentor, and an activist. I believe in unity and standing in my truth. I enjoy being a front runner and bridging the gap to make the world a safer and better place for my community. I love doing public speaking events to educate the world about being trans and the experiences that we go through on an everyday basis. Being a consumer of mental health, I also advocate for those with mental health challenges and those that need to be rehabilitation after prison. I do volunteer work including: feeding the homeless, back to school projects, provide care assistance pre and post, and I do these things as much as possible, but would like to find more community service/volunteer events to participate in and give back.
S.P.L.A.S.H. is a transitional facility where we provide safe living and dedicate our space, time, and resources for adolescents/adults for LGBTQIA individuals and their needs. This program encourages those impacted by hardships to stay strong, not give up hope, and to know that they have people who are there to support them and push them to be greater. The purpose of S.P.L.A.S.H. is to make individuals feel safe, get the nurturing, and respect they deserve as people, and to align them with resources necessary for them to succeed. This is a foundation strictly founded on the value(s) that are instilled in each and every balanced, honest, American home.
